DoubleTree by Hilton Oceanfront Virginia Beach

It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and wake up to it. The beds were comfortable. The staff were amazing. First time to Virginia and we only stayed one night. So far it was a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently placed close to the beach and boardwalk and some other things. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the stay because of the convenience of things. The rooms weren’t bad at all other than as others have said about not having its own personal microwave.

The pool was not heated, and although advertised breakfast was not included in my booking which I was pretty sure I booked because the pool stayed heated and breakfast included. Other than that the room was way smaller than I expected for the value. But it was really nice and had a gorgeous view and right on the beach. It was convenient to a lot. We did not like that the parking lot attached to the building was valet only and they had a separate parking garage. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves.

It is a beautiful property very clean very neat. The restaurant is awesome. The waitress was great! The food was awesome! I’m big on clean linen and I was able to get that both nights I stayed. One of the girls at the front desk stood out her name was Shivani. She was awesome. Anything I asked, for she gave it to me with a smile on her face and made sure my day was great.

The location was absolutely perfect. Great location for restaurants, boardwalk, and of course the beach. Loved the oceanfront view from the 7th floor and larger balcony. A/C was awesome! Bedding was extra comfortable!
